     The firm's Quality Assurance Department continually audits each

     process in order to verify that all applicable criteria are adhered to.

     This auditing system starts at the pre-production planning stage

     and continues through final inspection and shipping. Quality Circle

     meetings regarding the quality involve manufacturing and manage-

     ment personnel and are held on a regular basis to review methods

     and procedures.

          The Quality System at QTA is in compliance with MIL-I-45208

     and has been approved by many major prime contractors.
